Top Hat Limousine Service will do everything possible to ensure that your transportation needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Everything that we do and everyone that you encounter at Top Hat Limousine Service has this primary goal in mind. We pledge to strive to constantly provide the best services possible and to live up to our motto – Ultimate Service, "Beyond which is possible to go."
Your advance reservation is greatly appreciated. You may call us at 770.516.9545. Online Reservations may also be made. Our dispatcher will ask you for correct and detailed flight information, which will enable us to track your incoming flight. Your reservation is not made until you receive conformation from us to that status.
Payment is due in full at the time of each service. All fares, charges, gratuities, etc, may be paid by cash, check, or credit card. If your firm has a corporate account, billing will be done on a monthly basis. Make checks payable to Top Hat Limousine services.
We will endeavor to accommodate all changes in reservations and trip itineraries. Changes made on short notice may not be able to be accommodated due to driver scheduling and limousine assignment. If at all possible changes should be made to us 24 hours in advance to insure we can accommodate them.
If a cancellation occurs within three hours of scheduled dispatch time, a minimum trip fare may be charged. Clients who are not at a designated pick-up location and who do not notify us of a change will be charged for the trip. Proms, weddings, and special packages may have other charges associated with short term cancellations as agreed upon in advance.
Your driver and car will be waiting for you at your designated meeting location. For weddings and special occasions it is our policy to arrive a few minutes early. If your driver is not at your designated area please call us as soon as you arrive. If you know you will be delayed we would greatly appreciate a call.
Emergency Weather Procedures
Atlanta is notorious for inability to deal with even small amounts of snow or frozen precipitation. Every few years these conditions have made transportation impossible. This is very rare, but possible.
Top Hat Limousine Service will make every attempt to follow a clients flight itinerary during severe weather. If a flight is canceled due to weather conditions and Top Hat does not receive notice from the traveler after a reasonable wait period from the original scheduled pick up time, we may release the vehicle and driver from the pick up location and appropriate charges may be incurred. If driving conditions are such that our drivers can not make it to a designated location on time, or if driving conditions are impossible and no service is available, all efforts will be made to contact the client to assist them in making alternate plans.
